Gigi and Alison sell beautiful handmade jewelry throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey to benefit UNICEF.

High School Juniors and registered U.S. Fund for UNICEF Volunteers, Gigi and Alison of New Hope, Pennsylvania have been exploring their creative sides by designing and constructing their own jewelry made of beads. They create the beautiful handmade beaded jewelry to sell it at local festivals, throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey, at school functions, as well as jewelry shows hosted at their homes. They then donate all the proceeds of their jewelry sales to UNICEF.

The two girls were inspired and wanted to channel their creative sides and talents towards a good cause. In doing so, they have raised nearly $2000 for UNICEF's global programs that help save children’s lives. Throughout the past three years, the girls have been recognized in their local newspapers numerous times for their efforts.

However, Gigi and Alison’s greatest adventure still lies ahead of them as they prepare for their largest jewelry auction coming in the Spring of 2008. For more details or to purchase some of Gigi and Alison’s jewelry, please contact UNICEF at volunteer@unicefusa.org.
