Welcome to the 2011-2012 UNICEF High School Club program! As we embark on our 3rd year of the program, we believe that our current United Nations Secretary-General, Ban Ki-Moon best states the importance of youth and what they can accomplish, "Youth should be given a chance to take an active part in the decision-making of local, national and global levels."

TAKE ACTION 

Utilize the UNICEF 101 PowerPoint and speaking points to create a presentation for your fellow classmates, encouraging them to register and become a part of the UNICEF High School Club.  Either begin the presentation or show during the morning school news the Whatever it Takes to Save a Child video, a great overview of UNICEF's work worldwide. Once your presentation has concluded, don’t forget to hand out the UNICEF High School Club One-Pager, with additional information about the program or direct them to unicefusa.org/highschool, where they can register!
